Add / Drop forms:

Most of them are not filled out properly. As you all ready know an add/drop needs a waiver for any received after June 30th. We are trying process these as quickly as possible however I would ask you to please remind your league presidents on how to fill out the forms properly. Here are some notes to pass along that have been picked up all ready.

  1. If a player is being added to a regular season or tournament roster because they are coming back from a medical injury we need a copy of the doctors note describing the length the player was out as well as note clearing them to participate.
  2.  If a players is being added to a tournament roster they MUST BE replacing someone and must include the “drop player” on the same form. You can not have 12 players on the roster and than later just add a player to expand your roster to 13. Once the roster is set to certain number it must stay at that number.
  3. Players being added to a regular season roster must have all regular season roster info along with address information.

Because of the volume in which these are being sent we will not be able to process forms that are sent incomplete or that are improper. I would ask that you please email your league presidents to inform of the correct information, and if you receive copies of add/drops sent to you that you please review them to see if they have provided the correct information and more importantly all the information.
