Commissioner's Bio: Cliff has been involved with softball since 2006, fulfilling many roles along the way.  He has coached Babe Ruth softball and Cal Ripken baseball over the last 6 years.  In 2011, Cliff was the Softball Commissioner at MARA (Matthews Athletic & Recreation Association) where he was able to increase participation by 90% and turn MARA into one of the largest associations in the state.
